Maintenance is quick and efficient. Apartment management is helpful and nice with their interactions. Apartments are clean and sanitized before each person moves in.

The apartment itself is nice! Love having my own bathroom and roomy closet. I like the apartment gym and basketball court. It’s in a nice location and gives me the ability to walk places.

I have lived in The Hills: Northview for the past 3 years and have enjoyed every minute of it. The price value is fantastic and the amenities that are included are an added bonus. The office staff is extremely helpful and kind and the maintenance staff is so quick and efficient. The apartments are also conveniently located to JMU, shopping, grocery stores, and restaurants. You will be hard pressed to find this type of affordable and nice student housing anywhere else in Harrisonburg. I highly recommend living here.
